2. Tour Itinerary: MyBaliBuddy will provide a detailed itinerary outlining the activities, attractions, and services included in the tour package. However, please note that the itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or local events. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing and Payment: The prices quoted for our Bali tours are in the currency specified and are inclusive of all taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. Payment for the tour is typically required in advance and can be made through the specified payment methods provided by MyBaliBuddy. Please note that additional charges may apply for optional activities, meals, or services not explicitly mentioned in the tour package.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your tour booking, please notify MyBaliBuddy in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the notice period provided and the policies of our suppliers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
5. Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. MyBaliBuddy does not assume any responsibility for such incidents during the tour.
6. Health and Safety: Participants in our tours are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physical condition to engage in the activities included in the itinerary. It is essential to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our guides for a safe and enjoyable experience. MyBaliBuddy reserves the right to exclude any participant from the tour if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Personal Belongings: MyBaliBuddy is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times.
8. Force Majeure: MyBaliBuddy shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the tour itinerary caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
9. Conduct and Respect: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, guides, locals, and the environment. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive may result in the participant's removal from the tour, without refund.
